Justin Riek

Justin Riek possesses extensive experience in customer success leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Conga, Justin previously held the position of Vice President, Customer Success. Prior roles include Senior Director of Worldwide Customer Success and Director of Customer Care at Citrix, as well as Director of Client Services and General Manager at SilverSky. Additionally, Justin has experience as a Senior Implementation Consultant at New World Systems and as a Retail Manager in Merchant Services at Fifth Third Bank. Educationally, Justin Riek holds a Bachelor of General Studies with a focus on Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan.
