Chrysanthi Ainali

Chrysanthi Ainali has a diverse work experience. Chrysanthi is currently working as a Product Owner at Congenica since September 2022. Previously, they were the Founder & Managing Director of DIGNOSIS Ltd since April 2017. Chrysanthi also worked at Cellinta Limited as the Head of Bioinformatics from February 2021 to April 2021. Before that, they held the position of Chief Scientist at Bering Limited from July 2016 to June 2017. Chrysanthi's experience also includes working at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Clinical Bioinformatics Scientist from September 2014 to June 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Life Technologies as a Scientist, Bioinformatics - Experienced Researcher and Marie Curie Fellow from September 2012 to September 2014. Chrysanthi started their career as a Ph.D. student at King's College London from October 2008 to September 2012 and also worked as a Research Assistant at the Medical Research Council from October 2007 to October 2008.

Chrysanthi Ainali received their BSc in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia from 2002 to 2006. Chrysanthi then pursued an MRes in Computational Biology at the University of York from 2006 to 2007. Later, they attended King's College London, where they obtained their Phd in Bioinformatics from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they received the edX Honor Code Certificate for Tackling the Challenges of Big Data from May 5, 2015, to June 16, 2015.
