Gavin Xu

Gavin Xu has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Gavin currently holds the position of Lead Product Manager at Congenica. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Truepill, where they played a key role in building the future of healthcare by leveraging API-connected healthcare infrastructure. Before Truepill, Gavin served as a Product Manager at Arctic Shores from 2019 to 2021. Gavin also gained valuable experience at Elekta, where they held multiple roles including Product Owner - Oncology, Technical Lead - Oncology Platform, and System Engineer. Gavin's earlier experience includes working as a Product and Marketing Advisor at Pentone Family and as an Embedded System Engineer at Curtiss-Wright Corporation. Throughout their career, Gavin has demonstrated their expertise in product management, healthcare technology, and embedded system engineering.

Gavin Xu completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Bath from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Stretford Grammar School in Manchester from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued A Levels in Mathematics, Physics, Computing, and Design Technology.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Gavin has obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they received the HIPAA Compliance certification from PRS Pharmacy Services. Gavin also holds the Chartered Engineer (CEng) designation, which they obtained from the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in May 2018. Furthermore, they are a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certified by the Scrum Alliance since December 2016. Lastly, Gavin acquired the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2016.
