Willem Haagmans

Willem Haagmans has extensive work experience in the field of life sciences research and diagnostics. Willem is currently serving as the VP Sales EMEA at Congenica since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner for consulting in Life Sciences Research and Diagnostics at Science 4 Life Consultancy starting from July 2019. From February 2020 to June 2021, they held the position of General Manager EMEA at Fulgent Genetics. Before that, they were the VP Sales EMEA at Blueprint Genetics from April 2016 to July 2019. Willem also served as the Head of Sales EMEA at Curetis AG from February 2015 to February 2016. Willem Haagmans worked as the Director of Business Development EMEA at Vela Diagnostics from April 2013 to December 2014. From January 2011 to 2013, they held the position of Director of Business Development at Roche NimbleGen Inc. Willem was also the Sales Manager North & Central Europe RSA at Roche Diagnostics Nederland BV from January 2008 to December 2010. Previously, they worked as a Sales Manager Nordic Benelux at Westburg BV from June 2003 to December 2006. Willem Haagmans began their career as a Key Account Manager (KAM) at GeneScan in 2001.

Willem Haagmans pursued their education at various institutions.
