Jon-Erik Arjanen

Jon-Erik Arjanen, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jon-Erik is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at ConGlobal since August 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Rail at Trinity Metro from April 2019 to August 2023. From March 2018 to April 2019, they worked as the Vice President/General Manager of Rock&Rail at Martin Marietta. Jon-Erik also served on the Board of Directors at Promise House from September 2016 to March 2018. Before entering the corporate world, they held various positions at BNSF Railway, starting as a Transportation Trainee and moving up to Director of Operations. Jon-Erik gained valuable leadership experience during their time in the US Army, where they served as a Sergeant First Class from April 1994 to October 2004.

Jon-Erik Arjanen obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from St. Mary's University, having studied between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, Jon-Erik attended Northwest Vista College, although the degree and field of study attained are unspecified. Following their undergraduate studies, Jon-Erik pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Howard University, which they completed between 2012 and 2013.
