Randi Fields is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations within non-profit organizations and media production. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Membership and Engagement Operations at Congregation Emanu-El of San Francisco since June 2019, Randi previously held the position of Bay Area Director at the Jewish Coalition for Literacy, where responsibilities included fundraising, program management, and community outreach. Other notable roles include Project Coordinator for the Year of Civil Discourse Initiative at the Jewish Community Relations Council, Co-Chair for the 2009 JCC Maccabi Games, and an Independent Media Producer with Randi Dodick Productions. Randi's early career includes a nine-year tenure as a Producer at ABC News, contributing to significant broadcasts including coverage of the Persian Gulf War.
