David Hughes

David Hughes, MPP, is a Principal Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office. Prior to this, David served as a Legislative Assistant at the Corporation for National and Community Service and a Graduate Intern at the Office of U.S. Senator Bill Nelson. David holds a Master of Public Policy from The George Washington University and dual B.A. degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Florida.
