John McClelland is a Lecturer at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, specializing in Public Management Economics. Prior to this role, John held positions at the Congressional Budget Office and the U.S. Department of the Treasury, focusing on tax analysis. McClelland also served as a Lecturer at Johns Hopkins University, where John taught Microeconomic Theory, Policy, and Public Economics. John holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in Economics, Environmental Studies, and Mathematics from Bowdoin College.
