Following this, they pursued a degree in Health Sciences at Marianopolis College from 1993 to 1995, earning a DEC. Michael-Rock then attended Concordia University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a B.Sc. Honors - CO-OP degree in Chemistry. Finally, they went on to Duke University from 2001 to 2005, where they completed their Ph.D. in Computational Chemistry.
