Sathiyan Alagar

Sathiyan Alagar started their work experience in 2003 as an Officer at P&O Nedlloyd. Sathiyan then joined Congruent Solutions in 2004 as the VP & Head of Operations - US Retirement Services (Defined Contribution - 401(k)). In this role, they were responsible for managing 16 projects/clients, negotiating contracts, and creating, managing, and analyzing performance data and other information.

Sathiyan Alagar completed an MBA in Finance from the University of Madras between 2001 and 2004. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the "AI For Everyone" certification from Stanford University. In 2014, they obtained the "FMEA Certification" from Intertek. Lastly, in 2011, Sathiyan Alagar earned the "Six Sigma Green Belt Certification" from ASQ.
