Barbara Ross

Barbara (Barb) Ross joined Conifer in 2016 and currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, she partners with Conifer’s President and Executive Leadership Team, developing and leading Conifer’s strategic plan and associated initiatives and creating a collaborative culture that encourages leaders to rise at every company level. Barb provides executive oversight of the human capital/human resource strategy, focusing on employee recruitment, engagement, development, and retention. She also serves as the President’s right-hand person, helping plan and drive strategic business planning, communication, and support.

Barb brings over 25 years of leadership experience to the growing company. She has a proven track record of leveraging talent management, employee engagement, and human resource operations to support optimal business goal outcomes. Before joining Conifer, she worked in high-growth and progressive companies strategically transformative in their respective industries. Such roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Monro Inc., Vice President of Human Resources at Chobani, and a variety of HR positions at Constellation Brands, Inc. She has also served as Director of Human Resources at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
