Jason Carroll

Jason Carroll joined Conifer in 2022 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions + Development. In this role, Jason expertly leads Conifer’s acquisitions division. This includes managing his team to source new property and portfolio acquisition opportunities, secure financing, execute due diligence and closing and ensure timely on-budget completion of property renovations.

Jason holds over 20 years of experience within a wide spectrum of real estate investment transactions, including development, acquisitions, dispositions, and capital structuring. He has completed transactions totaling over $1 billion, involving multifamily, retail, office, and industrial property types.

Jason has an M.P.S. in Real Estate from Cornell University and a B.S. in Architecture from Kent State, where he is an adjunct professor of Real Estate Development. Jason is an active member of the Cornell Real Estate Council, the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Wharton Real Estate Center, and the American Institute of Architects.
