Robert C. Corredine

Robert (Rob) Corredine joined Conifer in 2013 and is currently Executive Vice President, Finance and Accounting on the Conifer Leadership Team. He is responsible for the financial reporting of Conifer Realty and all its underlying companies, as well as all corporate finance, tax, and other areas of accounting.

Rob continues to play an instrumental role in the development of a best-in-class accounting department within Conifer, which has strengthened Conifer’s financial performance, benefiting its owners, investors, lenders, and other key customers and stakeholders. Rob works closely with developers on all Conifer’s projects to ensure accurate and timely reporting and reviewing of actual results against budget. Rob also works closely with property management ensuring financial performance and return’s to Conifer across its entire portfolio.

Rob has a B.S. in Accounting from Nazareth College and currently serves as Board Treasurer for the Spencerport Youth Lacrosse organization.
