Tammy Luft

Tammy Luft joined Conifer in 2005 and currently serves as Assistant Vice President, Property Management. In this role, Tammy is responsible for the overall performance of multiple Conifer Communities. She strives to train and encourage her team to become the best versions of themselves.

Tammy is a proud example of Conifer’s desire to promote from within. She initially joined Conifer as a Community Manager and was then promoted to Area Manager, then District Manager, before reaching her current role of Assistant Vice President, Property Management. Prior to Conifer, Tammy was a Property Manager of Market Rate Housing, which provided her valuable experience to excel in her future roles.

Tammy attended the Pennsylvania Institute of Real Estate Studies and is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), and a Site Compliance Specialist (SCS). She is dedicated to giving back to her community, volunteering with organizations such as Cradles to Crayons – a group that serves over 70,000 children annually who are facing poverty in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
