Greg Balnoschan has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Greg currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Gulf Coast Environmental Systems since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Engineering at Ranch Hand from June 2020 to September 2021, where they were responsible for the design, development, and fabrication of aftermarket truck bumpers and grille guards. Greg also held the position of Director of Engineering at Ranch Hand from November 2019 to June 2020.

Before Ranch Hand, Greg served as the Director of Engineering & Quality at Hudson Products Corporation from March 2017 to November 2019, and as the Director of Engineering from August 2016 to March 2017. At Hudson Products Corporation, they were responsible for the design, quality, and engineering of air-cooled heat exchangers for various industries.

Prior to Hudson Products Corporation, Greg worked as the Director of Engineering & Quality at Norriseal-WellMark from October 2012 to May 2016, with a brief stint as the Director of Engineering from June 2012 to October 2012. At Norriseal-WellMark, they oversaw the design, development, and quality management of valves and controllers for different applications.

Earlier in their career, Greg held the role of Director of Engineering at The Peerless Group from August 2005 to May 2012. Greg also worked as the Manager of New Product Development & Engineering at OPW Fueling Components from 2003 to 2005.

Before that, they were the Director of Design Analysis at Invensys Controls from 1996 to 2002. From 1995 to 1996, they worked as a Project Engineer, Electro-Mechanical Systems Design at Honeywell Aerospace.

Greg began their career as a Design Engineer at South Bend Controls in 1994, where they managed the design and development of fluid and pneumatic valves for aerospace applications. Greg also worked at Honeywell Aerospace as a Project Engineer & Test Engineer from 1990 to 1994, where they were responsible for qualification testing and project management of various aerospace components.

Greg Balnoschan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering at The Ohio State University from 1984 to 1989. Then, from 1994 to 1997, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Management from Capital University.
