Peggy Parfenoff

Peggy Parfenoff currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Conlon Public Strategies, where involvement includes aiding non-profit organizations in merger evaluations, strategic planning, board development, governance structure assessments, and securing resources for new initiatives. Additionally, Peggy works as a Consultant for Global Ties U.S. and is an Adjunct Professor of Communications at Columbia College Chicago. Previously, Peggy held the position of President at WorldChicago from November 2001 to December 2023, promoting citizen diplomacy and serving as the host for U.S. Department of State international exchange programs. Peggy also served as Executive Director of the International Visitors Center of Chicago, performed as Marketing Manager at LPC Group, and directed development for the City of Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs. Education includes an MBA in Marketing and Public Non-Profit Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Communications and French from Central College.
