Luis Diaz has extensive experience in engineering, operations, and strategic management roles within the medical device industry. Luis has held leadership positions at various companies, including CONMED Corporation, Abbott, McNeil (a Johnson and Johnson Company), Cordis, and Stryker Instruments. Throughout their career, Luis has successfully managed new product introductions, operations, engineering, supply chain, and M&A integrations. Luis has led global teams and implemented strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive productivity. Luis has a strong track record of transforming organizations, establishing continuous improvement cultures, and delivering successful outcomes.

Luis Diaz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Florida International University, which they completed from 2005 to 2007.
