Nicoleta Elena Florian

Nicoleta Elena Florian has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nicoleta Elena is currently the Director of HR at Connatix since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Lateral Inc. as the Director of People Experience from February 2017 to May 2020, where they focused on developing the talent strategy and enhancing the employee experience. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner & Coach at ISDC from August 2014 to February 2017, where they were involved in various HR processes and responsibilities. Nicoleta Elena started their career at SoftVision as an HR Manager, where they played a crucial role in building and leading the HR team and developing the HR structure from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, they have worked as an HR Consultant at Trenkwalder Romania and as a Human Resources and Marketing Consultant at Arxia.

Nicoleta Elena Florian holds a Master's degree in Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy from Babes-Bolyai University, as well as a Bachelor's degree from the Department of Psychology (Licensed Psychologist) at the same university. Nicoleta Elena also attended Colegiul National Emanuil Gojdu, Oradea, where they studied in the Mathematics and Computer Science Department.

In addition to their formal education, Nicoleta has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the ICF Certification Coaching Program and became a Professional Coach with a Diploma from CoachCompanion. Nicoleta Elena also has certifications in "Leading at a Distance," "Building a Coaching Culture: Improving Performance Through Timely Feedback," "Executive Coaching," "Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict," and "Improving Your Conflict Competence" from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they completed the "Introduction to Operations Management" course on Coursera in 2012. Nicoleta is an ICF member and holds the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation, which they obtained in October 2021.
