Dustin Dwyer has a diverse work experience in various roles in the healthcare industry. Dustin started their career at Philips Healthcare in 2011 as an Order Management professional. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Philips Healthcare SL as a Project Coordinator. Dustin then joined Philips Lifeline in 2017 as a Project Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Business System Analyst and Product Owner. In 2019, they moved to Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as a Senior Business Analyst. In 2021, they worked at Centene Corporation as both a Product Owner and Product Manager before joining Connect America in the same capacity. Overall, Dustin has gained extensive experience in project management, system analysis, and product management throughout their career.

Dustin Dwyer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Dustin attended the university from 2005 to 2010. Later, in 2014, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Northeastern University, which they completed in 2015. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dustin obtained several certifications. In November 2014, they obtained the Lean Foundation Level certification. Furthermore, in December 2018, they became a Certified SAFe 4 Agilist, and in June 2019, they achieved the Certified SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager certification, both from Scaled Agile, Inc.
