Greg Reed has worked in the IT industry since 1992, beginning their career as a Computer Field Service Engineer at FH Brown in Burnley. In 1997, they moved to Dudley as a Hardware Systems Manager, where they were responsible for supporting full IT operations and strategy. In 2000, they joined OfficeTeam Limited as Support and Infrastructure Manager, managing a team of 6 Business Applications Technicians and 2 Infrastructure Technicians across multiple locations. In 2014, they moved to SpicersOfficeTeam as Infrastructure Manager, leading a team of 5 infrastructure Engineers across multiple locations. In 2018, they joined Connect Childcare as Head of Operations, Infrastructure Lead, and Head of Infrastructure and Security. In these roles, they were responsible for leadership and management of SysOps, Security, Customer Support, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams, as well as ensuring reliable delivery of IT services.
