Krista Melbardis has held a variety of positions in the entertainment and human resources industries since 2004. Krista began their career as a Film Festival Coordinator for the Boston Comedy and Movie Festival in 2004. In 2005, they worked as a Casting Office Associate for Boston Casting and as an Independent Entertainment Professional, responsible for production in film and television. In 2008, they worked as an HR Assistant for Raytheon and as a Theatre Box Office Manager for The Lyric Theatre. In 2010, they worked as a Freelance Production Assistant for Conrad Riggs Productions and in 2011, they worked as a Casting Associate for The Robb Company. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a West Coast Sales Associate for Tiger Imports, responsible for driving sales in Commercial, Hospitality, and Residential A & D accounts on the West Coast in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, and Hawaii. Krista currently works as a Southern California Sales for Connect Homes.

Krista Melbardis attended Northeastern University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor degree in Communications and Media Studies.
