Alyssa Dodgen's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Alyssa worked at the Association Management Center as an IT Product Owner, where they were responsible for maximizing the value of products and services and supporting business processes. Prior to that, they worked at Scholarship America as a Product Owner and Senior Operations Manager, where they organized and supported the delivery of business functionality and boosted revenues. Alyssa also worked as a Program Manager at Scholarship America, managing partnerships and implementing technology systems. Before that, they worked at Darden as a Manager, where they supervised and mentored a team and improved revenue rates. Alyssa also has experience as a Certified Server Trainer at Ground Round Bar & Grill and a Certified Pharmacy Technician at SHOPKO PHARMACY, where they gained skills in training and pharmacy operations.

Alyssa Dodgen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Minnesota State University, Mankato, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree at Minnesota West Community and Technical College between 2009 and 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Alyssa obtained the SAFe 5 (Scaled Agile Framework) Product Owner/ Product Manager Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2021. Alyssa also has several badges in Jira obtained from Atlassian, including the Beginner's Guide to Agile in Jira Badge, Jira Fundamentals Badge, and Jira Service Management Fundamentals Badge, all obtained in August 2022.
