Debi Horsfield

When it comes to filling niche roles in the pharmaceutical industry, Debi possesses the right skillset to deliver every time. The right combination of intelligent recruiting, networking skills and HR knowledge has allowed her to find the right candidates to fit with the company culture. She has provided key insights into resource management for other companies.

Debi received a diploma in Business Administration and Management with Merit through the Oxford College for Distance Learning. She has also passed her level four NCFE certificate in HR. Since then she has received her Masters.

In her previous role as Senior Resource Development Manager for ConnectA Pharma, Debi excelled in building strong relationships, pipelines, and networking with candidates to source the best talent for her clients’ projects and positions within their teams. While in this role, she also executed the creation of a Database to keep records of all candidates.
