Julie Marthaler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in underwriting and performance excellence within the insurance industry. Currently serving as AVP of Contact Center Operations and previously as VP of Underwriting & Performance Excellence at CONNECT, Julie has demonstrated leadership and operational expertise since August 2020. Prior to this role, Julie spent 28 years at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance, holding multiple positions including VP of Underwriting & Performance Excellence and Vice President of Underwriting. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
