Tali Shashua is a Customer Success Manager at Connecteam since April 2023, with a background in customer success and training roles, previously serving as the Customer Success and Training Manager at Circles from September 2021 to June 2022. Tali has project management experience from Speak2Go, where responsibilities included project management and content writing from September 2019 to September 2021. Prior roles include English Second Language Coordinator at Tel Nordau School under the Ministry of Education Israel from September 2018 to August 2021, and Teaching Program Leader at the Center for Educational Technology (CET) from March 2020 to March 2021. Tali also spent four years as an Operations Project Manager in the Israel Defense Forces from 2012 to 2016. Tali holds a B.Ed in English teaching as a Second Language from Kibbutzim College of Education, Technology and the Arts and has further education from U-Skills.
