Melanie Starks

Melanie Starks is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in various facets of law, including special education, immigration, and criminal defense. Starks served as a Staff Attorney at Connecticut Legal Services, Inc. from 2007 to 2012, providing direct client representation in special education matters and supervising a team of legal assistants.
