Gabriela Iacovino

Gabriela Iacovino is an experienced Human Resources professional with extensive expertise in talent development, executive education, leadership, training, and corporate social responsibility. As a Consultora de Proyectos de Recursos Humanos at Connecting América since January 2020 and a founding partner of Grupo Chomer from July 2022 to July 2023, Gabriela has significantly contributed to human capital management. Previous roles include Human Capital Director at both Grupo Chomer and Dividenz, and Executive Director of Human Resources at DIA Group and DIA Argentina from November 2015 to January 2020. Gabriela has a strong background in employee satisfaction programs, performance evaluation, and training management across over 700 stores in Argentina, complemented by a solid educational foundation including a Master's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from Universidad de Salamanca.
