Gihan Rajakaruna

Gihan Rajakaruna is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in driving strategic initiatives within technology organizations. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Connective, Gihan leads a diverse team, fostering innovation and collaboration. Previously, Gihan held the position of Engineering Manager, overseeing a team of 24 professionals and focusing on technology and project delivery. With a strong background in software development and architecture, Gihan has held key roles at Cohga Pty Ltd as Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer, and has worked at Virtusa, Fourstream, and IFS in various engineering capacities. Gihan possesses a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Moratuwa and has completed design thinking coursework at RMIT and Harvard Business School Online.
