Nicole O'Sullivan

Nicole O'Sullivan has over 30 years of experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Nicole is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Connective and is responsible for developing and implementing people strategies. Previously, they founded Practical Culture and provided consulting services to CEOs and executive leaders in various sectors. Nicole also worked as the Chief People Officer at tech2, where they developed and implemented people strategies to support the transition from a telecommunications infrastructure business to a smart homes consumer business. Prior to that, they served as the EGM People & Culture at Tandem Corp, leading the development and implementation of a national people management strategy. Additionally, they have experience as the Managing Director of Nicole O'Sullivan & Associates, the Group General Manager Talent at SKILLED Group, and a Director at 333 Performance Management. O'Sullivan has also held various roles at ANZ, including Head of Operations, Trustee Services.

Nicole O'Sullivan completed their Bachelor's degree in Business from Victoria University from 1987 to 1990. Nicole then pursued a Diploma in Human Resources from Monash University from 1995 to 1996. Lastly, they obtained an MBA degree in Business from Melbourne Business School from 1998 to 2000.
