Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of ConnectWise platforms, from gathering requirements, designing
technical and functional specifications, managing the product backlog, and coordinating development efforts through to implementation and
subsequent support. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to coordinate and enhance development efforts, aid partners
in product navigation, and find effective solutions.

Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap Data Protection products, aligned with company goals and objectives
Person will bring radical idea to the table relating to backup, intelligent automation with Data Protection to drive business
growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and use insights to drive product development
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies that align with market trends and the competitive landscape
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch monitoring and optimization
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and impact
Develop product documentation, marketing materials, and sales collateral to support product launches and ongoing sales
efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data protection, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and
differentiation in our products .
• Provides support to the Product Management team, with a high attention to detail
• May coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members
• Defines and drives the business plan, strategy, and positioning of the products to align to corporate growth strategy
Collaborates to discover solutions to identified problems, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out the value of
your solution in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
• Interacts with customers and prospects to define market requirements and communicates the needs to the development team
• Monitors product performance to evaluate adoption rates, user experience, and production issues
• Prioritizes the product backlog in conjunction with overall business and partner needs
• Represents ConnectWise in all partner engagements, events, conferences, and other venues

Knowledge/Skills and Required Abilities:
• Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision
• Recognized subject matter expert of applicable work area
• Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business and partner requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively communicate with both
technical and non-technical partners
• Ability to work in rapid pace environment with multiple projects, while maintaining high quality work
• Demonstrated commitment to partner and team-oriented management
• Familiarity with software development, database, server/client, and similar technical concepts
• Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product management
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work on multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of MSP industry
Preferred: Knowledge of Agile Methodology, software development life cycle, and Atlassian Product Suite

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or related business experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Expertise in Backup, Cloud, or SaaS Based Management Software, Alerting/Ticketing.
• Knowledge of backup technologies and storage domains is a valuable addition.
• Experience in the managed services software industry is a plus.

Working condition:
• On-site/Hybrid - Pune/Mumbai location
• 0-10% travel may be require
