Prakash Talreja is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as EVP of Engineering at ConnectWise since April 2025. Previously, Prakash held key positions at Mimecast, including VP of Engineering - Platform and VP of Architecture - Data Platform from December 2021 to April 2025. Prakash’s career includes distinguished roles at Sophos as a Distinguished Engineer and Big Data & Data Platform Architect, along with time at Forcepoint LLC, where an advanced MPP columnar database known as CStore was designed and built. Additional experience includes architectural and engineering roles at Websense, Morgan Stanley, Cisco Systems, Amdocs, and Tata Consultancy Services. Prakash holds a Master of Computer Applications in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, completed in 2004.
