Natalie M. Walchonski

Natalie M. Walchonski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and facility management. At Connex, Natalie serves as a Foundation Board Member and Impact Committee Chair, focusing on education and training in multi-site facility management, while also contributing to the conference and education committees. As a Realtor at Century 21 Norris-Valley Forge since 1992, Natalie has maintained a top-tier status, achieving Century 21 Master Level and Centurion Status for fifteen consecutive years with a 100% referral rate. Previously, Natalie held leadership roles in business development at Ferrandino & Son, Inc. and the Restaurant Facility Management Association, where efforts included empowering women in the industry and enhancing member engagement. An alumna of Montgomery County Community College, Natalie earned an Associate degree in Liberal Studies.
