Seven Ilyas

Seven Ilyas has a diverse work experience in the field of security, governance, risk, and compliance. They currently hold the position of Security GRC Lead at Connexity, Inc. starting in 2023. Prior to this, Seven worked at Associated British Foods plc as a Senior Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst from October 2022 to July 2023, and as a Senior CyberOperations Engineer from August 2021 to October 2022. Before that, they served as a Service Delivery Manager at Systems & Smiles from December 2019 to July 2021. Seven also worked at Twitch as the EMEA IT Services Lead from March 2018 to June 2019, and at Spotify as a Systems Engineer from April 2013 to February 2018.

Seven Ilyas completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Management with Business Innovation from Birkbeck, University of London from 2021 to 2022. In addition, they obtained certifications such as (ISC)² Candidate from (ISC)², CREST Practitioner Threat Intelligence Analyst from CREST, ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice, Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera, Google IT Support from Coursera, AgilePM (2014) Practitioner from APMG International, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) 10.8 from Apple, and CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
