Your responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support our objective Collect and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems, third-party tools, and market research, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Drive data governance initiatives by establishing data quality standards and ensuring data accuracy. Own all analytics problems as a thought leader at the company. Ensure that the highest impact problems are clearly defined with recommended solutions. Support the team with using analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and measure performance against these metrics. Proactively provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis, helping them make informed decisions and drive business growth. Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.

Protocol-Wide Analytics:Establish and maintain analytics frameworks. Ensure accurate tracking of all key company metrics. Analyze Volumes and Pathways: Regularly review transaction volumes and pathways. Identify trends and areas for improvement. Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitor analysis. Maintain an up-to-date competitive landscape overview. Research Market Forces and Initiatives: Analyze broader market trends. Propose initiatives, including leveraging AI technologies.
