Flera Latnik

Flera Latnik has over 20 years of work experience, starting with an internship at Travelers in 1999. Flera then joined Citi in 2000 as an Associate Information Engineer, where they focused on real estate and private equity maintenance and troubleshooting production problems. In 2006, Flera moved to Travelers again, this time as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting service operations support applications. Since 2010, they have been working at Conning as the Vice President of Information Technology.

Flera Latnik earned a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems/Marketing from the University of Connecticut's School of Business in the years 1996-2000. Additionally, they obtained a Scrum Master certification from 3Back in 2016.
