Matt Jenkelunas

Matt Jenkelunas has a wide range of work experience in various roles and companies. Matt started their career at Cigna as a Manager of Investment Accounting, where they were responsible for managing a team and overseeing financial reporting. Matt then moved on to Citigroup Investments, Inc. (CII) as a Vice President of Information Technology Operations, where they managed a team and was responsible for maintaining the IT Operations functions. After that, they worked at Travelers Life & Annuity (TLA) as a Director of IT Operations, overseeing IT professionals and ensuring compliance with audit and SOX requirements. Next, they joined MetLife, where they held multiple roles including Senior Client Relationship Lead, IT Project Manager, and Situation Management Team Lead. In these roles, they managed relationships between different teams, coordinated projects, and provided incident management and communications. Currently, they are working at Conning as a Vice President and Service Delivery Coordinator, where they have implemented policies to reduce incidents, ensure timely resolution, and facilitate communication with management. Overall, Matt has a strong background in IT operations, incident management, project coordination, and relationship management.
