Aastha Trivedi

Aastha Trivedi has diverse work experience in human resources. Aastha currently works as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group. Previously, they worked at American Express as a Specialist Operations in Global Talent Acquisition where they successfully implemented a project to automate the candidate experience and trained their team in using the new tool. Aastha also collaborated with internal teams and mentored new recruits. Before that, they worked at Allegis Global Solutions as a Lead Facilitator, managing recruitment processes and onboarding for American Express. Aastha also held the role of Recruitment Coordinator at the same company. Aastha also has experience working as an HR Executive at HCL Technologies and as a Senior HR Coordinator at Impetus Consultants, where they contributed to setting up large teams for multinational companies.

Aastha Trivedi completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Lucknow University, Lucknow. Aastha pursued this degree from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended St Fidelis College from 2010 to 2012 and obtained their intermediate certificate in Commerce. In addition to their formal education, Aastha Trivedi also obtained certifications in Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn in May 2021 and in Social Media Marketing and Content Generation from OLX in August 2015.
