Ella McLeod

Ella McLeod has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Ella is currently working at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L) as the Manager of Stewardship & Engagement since September 2022. Before that, they held the position of Stewardship & Engagement Analyst from January 2022 to September 2022, and Stewardship and Engagement Specialist from January 2021 to January 2022 at CC&L. In 2020, Ella worked as a Stewardship & Engagement Specialist at CC&L from January to August. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at CIBC from April to August 2019. Ella also had a student role at RBC in 2018 as a Student in Global Asset Management Business Operations from May to August.

Ella McLeod attended the University of Victoria from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. Ella also briefly studied at NEOMA Business School in 2019, completing a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom with a focus on Business/Commerce, General.

Furthermore, Ella went on to acquire several additional certifications. In May 2020, they received a Certificate in Canadian RI Fundamentals from the Responsible Investment Association. Later, in June 2022, Ella obtained a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute. Finally, in February 2023, they completed the Sustainable Investing Program at the Institute for Sustainable Finance.
