Sydney Lewis

Sydney Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2016, they started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Meridian Farm Market. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Lifeguard and Red Cross Swim Instructor at the City of Delta. In 2019, Sydney took on a leadership role as the Director of Academics at the University of Victoria Commerce Students' Society. In 2020, they gained finance-related experience as an Intern at Quality Move Management Inc. Sydney continued to expand their finance knowledge in 2021 when they served as an Intern in Retail Portfolio Operations at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L). Simultaneously, they also took on a role as a Portfolio Manager in the Applied Portfolio Management Program at the University of Victoria. Sydney joined CC&L full-time in 2022 as a Specialist in Retail Portfolio Operations.

Sydney Lewis completed the Chartered Investment Manager Program at the Canadian Securities Institute from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, Sydney pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General at the University of Victoria. In 2020 to 2021, Sydney also enrolled in the Canadian Securities Course at the Canadian Securities Institute and completed the Applied Investment Management Course at the University of Victoria during the same time period.
