Paul Stephenson

Paul Stephenson has extensive work experience in the supply chain and industrial engineering field. Paul is currently working as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Partnerships at Connors Group and has been in this role since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Industrial Engineering Services at Connors Group from June 2021 to June 2023. Before joining Connors Group, they worked at Columbia Sportswear Company as the Global Engineering Director for Distribution from August 2018 to June 2021. Paul also had a long career at Hanesbrands Inc., where they held the position of Manager of Distribution Engineering for the North American Network from March 2001 to July 2018. Paul began their career at VF Corporation as an Industrial Engineering Manager for Distribution and Textile Manufacturing.

Paul Stephenson attended Philadelphia University from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Management. Paul later pursued further education at North Carolina State University from 1997 to 1999, earning a Master of Science degree in Textile Technology/Industrial Engineering.
