Eura Edmond has over eight years of experience in customer success and customer experience roles. Eura began their career in 2014 as an Executive Business Analyst at VSP Vision Care, where they managed efforts related to developing, researching, recommending, and implementing business processes, system changes, improvements, and procedures. In 2018, they joined tab32 as the Director of Customer Experience, where they oversaw the entire post-sales customer experience business development for the company. In 2021, they became the Head of Client Success at PERKS, where they cultivated strong collaborative, consultative working relationships with management across multiple departments and developed account management strategy, goals, and objectives. Eura is currently the Manager, Enterprise Program Success at Upwork and the Director of Client Engagement and Coaching at SalesQualia: We help B2B startups grow faster. In 2022, they will join Conquer as a Customer Success Management.

Eura Edmond received their Certificate in Business Analysis from RMS Institute between 2014 and 2016, and their Associate of Arts - AA from Sacramento City College between 2011 and 2013, with a field of study in Film/Cinema/Video Studies.
