Cassie Gerst

Cassie Gerst is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and development within educational and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Partner Development Manager at Conscious Discipline since July 2023, Cassie engages with school districts to create implementation plans and conducts transformational training for educators, youth workers, and parents. Previously, as Supervisor of Grants and Community Outreach at Burlington Community School District, Cassie led a team focused on student and family engagement and successfully procured $5.6 million in grants over seven years. Cassie's earlier roles include Mentoring Program Coordinator at IOWA STATE EXTENSION, Executive Director at Wonder, Inc., and National Account Manager positions at both EMD SERONO, INC. and UCB. Cassie holds a Master’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with a focus on Youth Development from Iowa State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
