Prior to this role, Letitia was a financial manager at BNP Paribas - Securities Services from 2012 to 2018, where responsibilities included formulating development strategies and managing capital operations. Letitia began the career at BNP Paribas as a banking officer from 1998 to 2011, handling various banking services and operational tasks. Letitia holds a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Organizational Management from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, earned between 2001 and 2005.
