GRUPO PESSOA has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Gestora de Recursos Humanos at GRUPO PESSOA since January 2012, focusing on training and development within public organizations. Responsibilities include organizational climate analysis, payroll restructuring, competency mapping, job description, salary planning, recruitment, performance evaluation, and compensation management. Additionally, GRUPO PESSOA is a Mediadora/Conciliadora Judicial at the Conselho Nacional de Justiça since February 2015 and a Professor at ETEC Frei Arnaldo Maria Itaporanga, teaching administration at the integrated high school and technical courses. In association with Assessoria Roberto Silva since May 2013, consulting on similar HR functions, and previously managed HR for the Prefeitura Municipal de Valentim Gentil from April 2010 to January 2013. Education includes specialization in HR Strategy and Technology from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from CESD Dracena.
