Rodrigo Fogagnolo Mauricio

Rodrigo Fogagnolo Mauricio is a legal professional with extensive experience in the Brazilian judicial system. Currently serving as Membro Auxiliar at the Conselho Nacional do Ministério Público (CNMP) since August 2023, Rodrigo has also held the position of Promotor de Justiça at MPDFT since April 2017, where responsibilities include advising on information technology policies, participating in the Cybercrime Combat Unit, and overseeing data protection. Previous roles include Juiz de Direito at the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás and Assessor Jurídico at the Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo. Rodrigo holds a postgraduate degree in Processo Penal from the Escola Superior do Ministério Público da União and has studied law at Aix-Marseille University and USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
