Luciana Ferreira is the Founder and CEO of Elemento RH, a consultancy that has facilitated connections between companies and millions of professionals for over a decade, emphasizing personalized human resources solutions focused on talent development. In addition to leading Elemento RH, Luciana serves as a Trainer at IBS - International Business School Americas, and holds the position of Institutional Representative at the Regional Administration Council of São Paulo.
