How you will impact the organization…

The Account Executive, Customer Base is a key sales position within our organization that is solely responsible for the growth, expansion and brand diversification of our established base of SMB and enterprise level accounts.

The value you will deliver…

  • Identify revenue expansion and new business opportunities inside your assigned account base through add-ons and cross-selling new brands, security enhancements and new-to-market AI and healthcare specific SaaS.
  • Negotiate long-term contracts (36-60 months) with existing month-month clients with an increase in monthly recurring revenue.
  • Ongoing data analysis to identify time-to-strike opportunities and save potential cancellations.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Legal, Product and Marketing to coordinate large-deal strategies, sales campaigns/promotions and pipeline fulfillment.
  • Your primary objectives will align to critical KPIs and quota attainment.
  • Assisting with Account Management duties as needed.
  • Secondary duties and responsibilities will surface on an as-needed or as-determined basis, by management.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

What you will bring to the table…

  • 5+  years of experience in business development and revenue development
  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales
  • 5+ years of experience using Salesforce (or other CRM)
  • 2+ years of experience with SaaS &/or UCaaS platforms
  • 2+ years of experience presenting to department leaders via phone and video conference
  • Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills (ie. pivot tables, v-lookups, charts/graphs)
  • A competitive and collaborative mentality
  • Creative resourcefulness with a persistent drive to exceed quotas
  • Exceptionally strong skills in relationship selling
  • Ability to clearly demonstrate effective business communication skills verbally and in writing to both internal and external stakeholders

You will stand out if you also have…

  • 5+ years experience selling in healthcare vertical preferred 
  • Experience negotiating and/or working with government contracts
  • Subject matter expert of technical SaaS platforms with respect to the value proposition

Additional details…

  • Location requirements: Hybrid role in Las Vegas or Los Angeles. 
  • Travel requirements: Up to 10% travel. 
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time.
  • Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet
  • Eligible for sponsorship: No



The salary range for this role is up to $70,000 USD.  The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include [annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits.]
