Kyle Rahn

Kyle Rahn has over 12 years of experience in various roles in the healthcare industry.

Kyle is currently serving as the Vice President of Practice Development at Consensus Health, a position they have held since April 2022.

Prior to their current role, Kyle worked at HealthDrive Corporation as the Senior Director of Business Development from February 2016 to April 2022. In this role, they managed all field operations, providers, and field sales team for a physician services group. Kyle also oversaw services for over 400 skilled nursing facilities across New Jersey, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, and was responsible for promoting business development to achieve company revenue goals.

Before that, Kyle worked at Genesis as an Area Manager in 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing operational efficiency and supervising staff at the Careerstaff Voorhees branch. Kyle'sduties included payroll management, budgeting, recruiting, staffing, contract execution, and business-to-business sales.

From 2014 to 2015, Kyle served as the Director of Business Development at Liberty Health Care, where they focused on business-to-business marketing and sales of pediatric and adult home nursing services. Kyle also handled business planning, contract negotiations, attended industry networking events, and worked on client retention.

Prior to that, Kyle worked at Epic Health Services, Inc. as the Client Relations Director/Executive Director from 2012 to 2014. At Legacy Treatment Services, they were a Case Manager from 2010 to 2012, assisting adults with severe mental disorders in obtaining long-term housing and stability.

Overall, Kyle's experience includes management, business development, sales, and operational efficiency in the healthcare industry, with a focus on physician services, home nursing, and mental health.

Kyle Rahn attended Holy Cross High School from 1998 to 2002, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. After high school, they enrolled at Rowan College at Burlington County from 2003 to 2005, earning an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Rowan University, completing their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Social Science.
