Joshua Ohlandt is a seasoned management consultant at The Clearing, Inc., where since April 2022, skills have been utilized to address client challenges through a human-centered approach, including the organization and operation of a job rotation program for 2,000 employees. Prior experience in the United States Air Force spans over a decade, culminating in a role as Department Manager overseeing ICU operations and providing leadership for healthcare teams. Additional expertise includes leading allergy and immunization clinics, supervising pediatric clinics, and working as an emergency medical technician.
