Alessandro Sforzin

Alessandro Sforzin has a range of work experience in the field of software engineering and research. Alessandro started their career at MegaDevs as an iOS Developer from 2011 to 2013. Alessandro then joined NEC Laboratories Europe GmbH in 2015 as a Master Thesis Intern. Afterwards, they held multiple roles at NEC Laboratories Europe GmbH, including Junior Software Engineer from 2016 to 2018, Research Scientist from 2018 to 2020, and Software Engineer from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they are working at Consensys as a Lead Go Engineer from October 2023 onwards.

Alessandro Sforzin attended the Università degli Studi di Padova from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Alessandro further pursued their education at the same university from 2010 to 2015, earning a Master of Science degree in Computer Science. In 2012, Alessandro also had a brief academic experience at the Technical University of Denmark, where they completed a Master of Science program in Computer Science. Additionally, in 2016, they attended the Foundations of Security Analysis and Design (FOSAD) summer school.
